No Return / No Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or damaged perfumes are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

• Share clear unboxing video and photos

• The product must be unused and in original packaging

After verification, we will offer:

• Replacement OR

• Store credit OR

• Refund (at our discretion)

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

• Slight fragrance variation (natural in perfumes)

• Change of mind

• Delayed delivery by courier partners

• Incorrect address provided by customer

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
